We have developed the upgraded FEP wire product in 2010 what we are calling K2 and K3 to solve the wire’s cracking problem for you!
Our Model K2 and K3 FEP wire has much better tensile strength than regular FEP wires ,our sales cases in past 10 years have demonstrated that K2 and K3 FPE wire has no cracking issue while being used in harsh chemical corrosion,saline water or heavy fuel environments in long term.

Protect against wire's crack issue
when FEP insulated wires are being used in winding/bending/oven/immersion paint or other environments, even if the temperature is low(around 80 degrees).
It may cause the recombining movement of the molecular structure, which lead to the instability of the FEP wires. Reflecting on result is the wire’s crack, especially in the motor industry,the wire’s crack issue is more serious.
The occurrence of the wire’s crack is random (the product may be used for a long time without cracking, or it may just happan in a short time)
